1.1 Service Description: Dropr is an advanced, tech-enabled delivery service and logistical facilitator. The platform acts as a digital bridge connecting consumers, merchants, and independent delivery personnel (riders).

1.2 Non-Ownership of Inventory: Users explicitly acknowledge and agree that Dropr does not currently own, manufacture, prepare, or directly distribute any of the food, groceries, or customized items listed on the platform. We are solely a delivery and technology service provider. Therefore, Dropr bears zero liability for the quality, safety, or legality of the products provided by third-party merchants.

1.3 Reservation of Future Rights: Notwithstanding Clause 1.2, Dropr explicitly retains the complete and unrestricted legal right to own, warehouse, and directly distribute proprietary products or inventory in the future, at its sole discretion, without requiring user consent or policy restructuring.
